Intermediate Quantity Surveyor – Data Centre – Netherlands

We are currently partnering with a renowned CSA specialist focusing on Groundworks, RC Frames and Landscaping. They work closely with some of the biggest contractors in the Data Centre industry and have presence across Ireland, The Netherlands, Germany, Denmark and Sweden.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Amsterdam, Netherlands. 

Responsibilities

•    Measurement & Valuation
Accurately measure and value CSA works, including groundworks, RC frames, and underground services, ensuring alignment with contract BOQs, drawings, and specifications.
•    Subcontractor & Supplier Management
Assist in the procurement and administration of subcontractor and supplier packages, including preparing enquiries, evaluating quotations, and managing interim and final accounts.
•    Cost Tracking & Reporting
Monitor and report project costs, variations, and value engineering opportunities, supporting senior QS and project management with accurate forecasts and cost control data.
•    Change Management
Identify, price, and manage change events and variations in line with contract procedures, ensuring timely submission and agreement with the main contractor or client QS.
•    Site Liaison & Progress Verification
Work closely with site teams to verify progress, assess work completed for valuations, and ensure that commercial activities are fully aligned with on-site delivery and programme milestones.

Requirements

Must have 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
Ideal Candidate will have relevant degree level qualification
Must have EU Passport or RTW in Netherlands
Data Centre experience is preferred

Benefits

€60,000 - €70,000 per annum + Accommodation + Car + Benefits
